The majority of successful cyberattacks begin with a human mistake: a clicked link, a submitted credential, an attachment opened under time pressure. Technical defences — firewalls, endpoint security, spam filters — reduce the attack surface, but they cannot eliminate the human factor. The only way to address it is to train employees against realistic scenarios under conditions that generate genuine behavioural change rather than box-ticking compliance.
Why Conventional Security Training Fails
Most cybersecurity awareness programmes consist of annual e-learning modules and reminder emails. Employees click through the slides, pass the quiz at the end, and return to their inboxes with no meaningful change in their ability to identify a real phishing attempt. The format does not create retention because it does not create urgency or consequence — and it does not reflect the actual experience of being targeted by a well-crafted attack.

How the Platform Works
The platform generates phishing simulation campaigns using AI, targeting the kinds of scenarios employees actually encounter — not generic prize scams, but contextually plausible attacks based on real phishing patterns: invoice fraud, IT helpdesk impersonation, executive payment requests, and supply chain email compromise.

The Detection Training Logic
The core training interaction uses a challenge-response model. An employee sees a simulated email and is asked to identify which elements are suspicious — the sender domain, a specific phrase, an unusual link, an urgency claim. GPT has already tagged the suspicious elements during the generation phase; the system compares the user’s response against the pre-tagged answer set.
This comparison is more nuanced than a simple match. Partial credit is given for identifying some but not all indicators. Feedback explains both what was correctly identified and what was missed, with a specific explanation of why each element is a risk signal. Over multiple sessions, employees develop pattern recognition for real attacks rather than abstract awareness of threats they have never seen.
